• The system retains reservation data permanently, unless it is deleted by the relevant restaurant

• Voice recordings are stored for 30 days for service improvement. Those recordings are only accessible to a select technical personal and not accessible to any other parties including restaurants.

• Account information is maintained until account deletion is requested

• System logs are retained for 24 months for security purposes

Our system uses artificial intelligence to:

• Process voice interactions

• Manage reservations

• Analyze customer preferences, and

• Improve service quality

All AI processing is performed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

However, such requests can deplete our ability to provide certain services. For example, our systems are structured in a way to recognize returning customers via caller ID or recall their preferences. When a customer requests deletion of their collected data, technically, we will not be able to provide such or similar services.
